We offer temporary or long-term household support, so that you can continue to live independently at home for longer.
What is domestic support?
Are there household chores you can no longer do independently? These might include vacuuming, mopping, or making the bed. Perhaps you can manage it together.
We'll work with you to develop a personalized plan. This plan will cover:
- What you can still do yourself.
- What your loved ones can do for you.
- What TWB can do for you.
With household support from TWB, we work together to ensure that you can live independently at home for longer.

How do I apply for household support?
To receive home help, you need a Wmo assessment. Wmo stands for Social Support Act (Wmo). You can arrange this through your municipality. Most municipalities have a dedicated Wmo desk.
You can also apply for household support if you have a Wlz indication.
How much does household support cost?
You only pay a small portion yourself. The municipality covers the majority of the costs for home support. You can inquire about how much you will have to pay yourself at your municipality's Social Support Act (Wmo) desk.
