In this secure, personal environment, you can monitor the care your child receives from us. It's also where you can easily view or change appointments, or schedule an additional appointment. Are you pregnant? You can also register for vaccinations during pregnancy using My Child in Focus. Log in with your own DigiD using the button below:
What can you do in the parent portal?
- View scheduled appointments
- Reschedule an appointment*
- Make an additional appointment
- Read the given advice under 'Information'
- View your child's growth curve and vaccinations received
- Enter your child's growth data yourself
- Follow your child's development in the Van Wiechen scheme
- Manage your communication preferences and personal data
- Registering for vaccinations during pregnancy
- Completing digital questionnaires

*This is only possible if your child is 6 months or older and the appointment is in 3 business days or later. Rescheduling appointments within 3 business days, a vaccination appointment, or a home visit can only be done via Phone: 088 560 2000 .
Access to the parent portal
- Is your child under 12? Or are you pregnant? Log in with your own DigiD.
- Is your child 12 or older? Your child logs in with their own DigiD. From this age, the right of access for parents changes.
- Only parents and guardians with parental authority have access to the parent portal.

Do you have questions about your child's health? About parenting? Or about growing up? Ask your question to the youth nurse via the Parent Chat. A national team of youth nurses is ready to answer your questions. They are available from Monday to Friday from 8.30:17.00 to 20.30:XNUMX. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday you can even chat until XNUMX:XNUMX.
