Via My TWB you have secure access to your personal healthcare information. To do this, you log in via Caren. This allows you to securely and easily monitor your care, anytime, anywhere.
What is Caren
Caren is an online environment for home care. Here you can access your personal care information online 24/1. It's all clearly organized in one place.
If you log in you can, among other things:
- View your support plan and reports
Read about the care you will receive, what the goals are and what has already been done. - View appointments and planning
See when our home care colleagues will visit or when you have an appointment. - Allow family or caregivers to watch
Decide for yourself who can view your data. Think of your partner, child, or caregiver, for example. This way, they'll be kept informed and involved in your care.
