Meeting places
For some socializing, fun activities, or help with administrative questions, you can visit one of the meeting places. There are meeting places on various days and at different locations in the region. Admission is free, so feel free to drop by.
Cafe Entrance
You are welcome at Café Entree in Residentie Meilust in Bergen op Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Free coffee and tea are available, and you can participate in various activities. In the morning, we exercise together, for example with yoga, walking, cycling, or gym. At lunchtime, we have lunch together in the café. There is a fee for this. In the afternoon, we participate in an activity organized by Meilust or come up with an activity ourselves, such as something creative or making music together.
On Wednesdays, you can also come to Residentie Meilust to ask all your administrative questions. For example, regarding the shared taxi, household support, or reimbursements. Someone will be present from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00 to assist you.

Merope
Merope is a central meeting place in the Warande neighborhood of Bergen op Zoom. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee with your neighbors, chat, or participate in fun activities. Merope is for everyone. Seniors, vulnerable residents, and their caregivers—everyone is welcome. Together, we strengthen the neighborhood.
Merope is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A healthcare professional is also present on these days. Together, we will discover which activities suit you.

Merope is closed on public holidays.
Stammtisch
In Roosendaal you can go to the Stamtafel for cozy meetings. There is time to chat with people and there are various activities you can participate in. The Stamtafels are free. For more information about the Stamtafels, visit stamtafelroosendaal.nl.
The Stamtafels in Wouw and Nispen are Stamtafel+. You can also go here if you need a bit more care. For example, if you need help going to the toilet. And at these locations you can get a hot lunch at noon. You do have to pay for this.

Support points Rucphen
All residents of Rucphen are welcome at the 5 support points within the municipality. You do not need a WMO indication* or a support request for this. Everyone is welcome to drop in for a social gathering, a hot meal, or informal care support. You can also come if you need daily structure or a meaningful way to spend the day. In doing so, we also aim to relieve the burden on informal caregivers.
Participation in the support center is free*, however, you do pay for the meal.
