We want our clients to be satisfied with the care we provide. That is why we regularly survey how satisfied they are.
How do we measure client satisfaction?
We measure satisfaction in different ways.
We do our own research and we look at the appreciation on Zorgkaart NederlandIn addition, the independent agency Loveren & Partners conducted a survey in 2024. They investigated how satisfied clients were with home care. We call this survey the PREM Community Nursing Client Survey. In Qualizorg Every year we investigate how satisfied our dieticians' clients are.
All research shows that our clients are satisfied.
