About TWB

When you receive care from us, you are in good hands. We promise you 8 things:

1. We are experts
   Our colleagues are well trained. So you can count on the best care. And we want to keep our care good. That is why we also train people ourselves. Sometimes you will receive care or help from an intern. Of course with good supervision. 
2. We are here for everyone
   Everyone is welcome with us. Religion, cultural background, who you share your life with. It doesn't matter to us. That applies to our clients and our colleagues. 
3. You can discuss anything with us
   Of course we would like to hear from you if you are satisfied. But also if you think something could be different or better, we would like to hear from you. We would like to think along about a solution.
4. We work safely
   We always work safely. Whether we help you with the housework. With your daily care. Or with nursing procedures such as dressing wounds or administering medication.
5. A deal is a deal
   We meet agreed care moments as much as possible. But it can always happen that we have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will then work with you to find a solution. 
6. We think in solutions
   We want you to be able to live at home for as long as possible. As long as that is pleasant and safe for you of course. We are always looking for solutions to make that possible. 
7. We cooperate
   We work closely with other organisations. Such as GPs, GGD, welfare organisations, municipalities and hospitals. By sharing our knowledge, you can continue to live in your familiar environment for as long as possible.
8. We are there in every stage of life
   We offer every form of care and support that you need at home. In every phase of life. We have everything in house for that. We look together with you at what you need.
