Aids provide support where you need it, and smart technology can take over tasks or provide more control. This gives you greater convenience, comfort, and safety. Consider, for example:

It's important for your health that you keep moving. There are various tools that can help you keep moving with confidence. These include solutions that help you with:
- climbing stairs
- shower or dry off.
- Going outside. Such as folding wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or options for modifying your own bicycle.

You still live independently and can still do many things yourself. But sometimes it can be helpful to have some extra support. Perhaps you need extra care because your caregiver isn't available for a while? Or are you looking for help with chores around the house or keeping the garden tidy? Hups makes it easy to arrange this help yourself. You don't need a doctor's referral.
The costs of assistance via Hups:
- For additional care: this assistance is sometimes covered by your health insurance. Want to know more? Inquire about the options on the Hups website.
- For additional help, such as with chores around the house or garden, you pay for this assistance yourself. You will not receive reimbursement for this from your health insurer or the municipality.

What does the Mindful Movement program entail?
Moving with attention is a 12-week program. During this program you will work with us on your fitness, strength and balance. We tailor the exercises exactly to what you need and what you want to achieve..
The goal is that you can move independently again more easily and with more confidence.. For example, the program helps you overcome your fear of falling. By participating, you will feel more motivated to do things again and you will be able to continue living independently at home for longer.
